config运行后有make depend的提示，所以增加了make depend的操作，之后再做make | make install。

这里注意umask需要设置为0022。我安装时没注意是0077，安装后OpenSSL的文件权限有问题，改之。
安装在/usr/local/openssl/bin/openssl，而/usr/bin/openssl是老的版本，将老版本替换为新版本。
cp /usr/local/openssl/bin/openssl /usr/bin/openssl这里在config后提示做make depend操作。在Linux下编译安装软件的命令执行顺序是：
config -> make depend -> make -> make install
这里有个问题，第一次安装时使用的如下命令：
./config --prefix=/usr/local --openssldir=/usr/local/openssl这个的结果是导致安装HTTPD时，发生如下错误。尝试很多方案都无法修复。所以重新安装OpenSSL，不再使用--openssldir参数。

6 升级svnmanager到1.10。
