在软件中心安装flash会卡死不动，所以需要自己在flash官网下载.tar.gz包安装，安装很简单：

tar xvf install_flash_player_11_linux.i386.tar.gz

sudo cp libflashplayer.so /usr/lib/chromium-browser/plugins/

sudo cp libflashplayer.so  /usr/lib/firefox/plugins/

解压后复制到各个浏览器的plugins目录下就行了，我试过做ln是不行的，不知道为啥。
