解决yum源速度很慢的问题

SL6的YUM源是很慢要比CentOS慢一些，而且到目前为止好像还没有SL6的国内YUM源，但有许多台湾和日本到YUM源。


修改配置文件即可，位于/etc/yum.repos.d 下


该文件中有一句mirrorlist=http://ftp.scientificlinux.org/linux/scientific/mirrorlist/sl-base-6.txt被注释掉了，我们需要打开该mirrorlists，需要修改两个文件：sl.repo 和 sl-other.repo


为了能尽量快速到yum源，还要安装yum插件yum-plugin-fastestmirror自动选择速度快到yum源。

#yum install yum-plugin-fastestmirror


编辑 /etc/yum/pluginconf.d/fastestmirror.conf ,确定插件已启用。


再安装下载加速插件 yum install yum-presto

使用如下命令清空的yum缓存 #yum clean all

安装速度有明显提升
