此异常的原因可能tomcat导致的，我的环境是JDK7用的是tomcat8，系统用了好久都没问题的。不知道什么时候莫名其妙启动的时候报错就启动不起来了，后来我网上查了各种方法都不行，最后我换了tomcat7启动就可以了，具体原因没找到，暂时记录解决方法吧！
