二.LOWORD && HIWORD

三.GotoDlgCtrl

Moves the focus to the specified control in the dialog box.

四,SetCapture,ReleaseCapture

当MouseDown的时候,鼠标离开窗体区域然后放开的话，鼠标将无法捕获到MouseUp事件。
如果需要在非窗体区域鼠标放开后捕捉到MouseUp事件的话,则可以在MouseDown事件中调用SetCapture方法,MouseUp的时候调用ReleaseCapture
