Problem



在Oralce数据库备份过程中出现下列错误：
BEError(0xe0001402) This server name is not in the list of authentication credentials on the media server. Enter the server name and its logon account on the media server. Server names in the authentication list are case-sensitive. Then, retry the operation.


Solution



症状
在oracle服务器上的Remote Agent Debug日志中有如下的信息：

原因

在数据库Modify List中，访问数据库服务器的用户名不正确。
通常有两种情况：
1> Oracle服务器在域环境中，数据库访问列表用：\形式
2> Oracle 服务器不在域环境中，数据库访问列表用：形式

解决方案

根据用户的具体环境，确认正确的用户名在数据库选择列表中使用。具体操作：

1. 在BE图形界面中，选择Network / Logon Account. 添加相关的用户。
2. 在BE图形界面中， 选择tools / options / oracle / modify list, 添加用户。
