状况描述：

去年年底给客户装了个exchange 2013做POC，做完后一直没动，这不，过了三个月，客户又要看看，结果发现不能访问，简单分享排错过程


错误表现：

HTTPs://servername/ecp 管理界面无法进入


检查分析：

  1. RDP到服务器上查看

  2. exchange powershell 连接查看

  3. Powershe提示说The World Wide Web Publishing Service is 没有启动

  4. 检查services.msc，发现的确没有启动

  5. 手工启动，说相关服务没有启动

  6. 检查相关服务，发现WAS服务没有启动

  7. 手工重启WAS服务，结果无法启动

  8. 提示C:\Windows\system32\inetsrv\config\applicationHost.config 文件错误

  9. 接着发现C盘没有空间

  10. 调整虚拟磁盘，扩展空间

  11. 重启服务之后，发现还是问题依旧

  12. 幸好windows 2012 帮助我们备份了文件

  13. 定位到 applicationHost.config file in c:\inetpub\history\.T

  14. 复制  applicationHost.config file 到  c:\windows\system32\inetsrv\config\

  15. 重启服务一切正常

  16. ECP 访问正常


一波三折，不过还好解决了：）
