1.查看job_queue_processes参数

[oracle@db1 ~]$ sqlplus / as sysdba

2.关闭数据库

SQL> shutdown immediate;
Database closed.
Database dismounted.
ORACLE instance shut down.

3.用system用户登录数据库，发现登录不了

4.启动数据库

[oracle@db1 ~]$ sqlplus / as sysdba

SQL> startup

5.查看日志文件存放位置

SQL> show parameter diagnostic

6.查看日志文件
