Weblogic 运行项目 Cannot set web app root system property when WAR file is not

在tomcat 环境运行没问题，但是weblogic 出现。

报错信息： Cannot set web app root system property when WAR file is not

原因：weblogic 运行时不会自动解压war文件，如图需要选择第二中发布方式才能正常运行。
