另外加入一个PADS layout群，方便探讨。还可以在对应软件的help里面搜索问题。

一、软件的安装

OrCAD:下载地址http://www.verycd.com/topics/2795352/，装了电驴之后，右击用迅雷下载，相比速度快多了。

破解方法：http://hi.baidu.com/meijiangmiantk/blog/item/b32e7165e8998afcf63654cc.html。破玩意，什么时候能装好这个软件啊。五六天了。都想买正版了。

今天解决了，在出现问题：缺少msvcr90.dll文件。上网搜，有两类情况：一是系统缺少那个文件的，试了一下不行；一是OrCAD 缺少该文件的，http://blog.csdn.net/chinacodec/article/details/7093614，试了一下可以了。

三、水晶头的制作

截下足够长的网线，上网搜网线序号，看到之后按序排好网线，剪平线头，插入水晶头至底部，用实验室的那个网线夹子一压，试了一下就行了。

 

四、PCB版的布局

4.1 矩形Board outline长宽的设置。

进入Drafting ToolBar > Board Outline and Cut Out , 在坐标原点点击一下，右击选择rectangular，向右下方任意作一个矩形。选择矩形右边，双击，弹出一个设置坐标的界面，这里设置的是该线的坐标而不是整个矩形的坐标，比较悲剧，如此垃圾的软件。其次选择矩形的下边，同样方式设置坐标。即可。当然也可以用无模命令 “S 100 200”，来解决等。

You can input " s 0 0", then left click your mouse, then enter "-> key" to the need position( ie. 149 mm), then enter " up key" to the need positon(ie. 50 mm), then left click your mouse. you  achieve your goal.

4.2 设置 界面单位。 Tools > options > Global >Design unit 选择需要的单位。

4.3 切记随时保存。有些东西说的不是很明白，一旦关掉，可能心血白费了。

想删掉已经布线的粗线？在PADS layout》 drafting toolbar》select lines which you want to cancel, then "backspace". you got it. But don't forget "right click for select nets" if you could not select the line.

 想布线？PADS route》route editing 》interactive route, then you select line you want to route, double click is OK.

十、PADS layout管脚pin交换

貌似只能在layout里面更改管脚。PADS router不能进行此动作。点击ECO toolbar，点击Swap Pin。例如我做的是交换J1元件，7->4, 9->8, 4->9, 8->7,11->14,14->11。我可以更改一下顺序，变为7->4,4->9,9->8,8->7; 生成7<->4,7<->9,7<->8,就可以了， 11->14,14->11生成14<->11这样依次交换，就可以完成任务了。

 十一、PADS铺铜

铺铜的原因：电源电流大，需要粗线，也只有电源线铺铜。实物是，电路板上表层有点浅绿色的东西（特指绿色PCB板）。

方法：PADS layout/Drafting toolbar/Copper, then draw the shapes which you want. right click to pop "Drafting propeties". See the preview and decide which is your need.

 

十二、转换原理图里面的接口

在PADS logic里面，调用schematic editing toolbar/ swap pins，只能换管脚的编号，不能改变信号。

十三、verify design出现的问题

check clearance时候，出现很多内含上下箭头指向的圆圈，看着像线头太挤了。通过设置setup / design rules/defalut /clearance/ 设置 trace , pad 数值小些，解决问题。

铺铜的铜面没有绑定网络也会出现问题的。

check connectivity时候，出现很多内含开关样子的圆圈，看着像此路断了。经检查是verify design前，尚未铺铜。方法：pads layout，drafting toolbar/floods，然后选择一个圈定的电源层的某一个电压区域的边界，弹出一个对话框，确定即可。选中该区域，alt+enter，then set width=10 or greater. It is OK.

十四、画多边形出现的问题（覆铜）

 When you use Create Plane Area, you can receive an error message indicating a self-intersecting polygon. The generated plane area is proportionally smaller than the outline. Small miters and/or notches in the board outline can be impossible to create smaller using the specified line width. This error can be corrected most often by reducing the distance between the board outline and the plane. Type a larger gap for the Auto Separate Gap setting in the Split/Mixed Plane tab of Options. Alternatively, you can use a smaller line width for the plane area. This is not preferred since you also need to reduce the copper hatch grid to match in order to maintain a solid fill for the plane. Generating more fill lines consumes more memory and could slow operations if the line width is greatly reduced.

you can press "backspace" key to cancle just a line you have drawn, "esc" to cancle all your drawn.

十六、改变原理图的做法

如果想删除某条线，选择该线，可以直接打开BGA toolbar/ delete connection。如果想删除某个元件对外的链接，选择该元件，然后BGA toolbar/ delete connection。

十七、打洞没能通过connectivity( verify design)验证，原因之一是没有对电源层覆铜（flood），flood之后就好了。不过pads 9.3的覆铜保存无效，每次打开要重新覆铜。原因之二封装有问题。选中相应管脚或者过孔，孔径的设置是否有问题，方法是：选中该元件，Alt+enter，pad stack，进入修改设置。

十八、via的设置：PADS layout\Setup\Pad stacks\Via然后设置即可。

十九、Copper出现飞线的消除方法：在操作界面，右击选择Select Shapes,Ctrl+A,Alt+Enter,Select solid copper，即可消失飞线。或者选择相应的copper，Alt+Enter, Select solid copper.

二十、PADS edit decal， some pins is on the others, you can select all of them,then enter "tap" key to choose what you want get. Verify Design\Connectivity, pop up an error about a compont, you do check the compont's decal, ensuring every pin's plated.

 二一、CAM表的生成

PADS Layout，File\CAM\, Might you import your own .cam file, or, directly choose each file in document name,then edit and preview selection to check error. choose all the files then enter run you get the files you want  in the CAM directory.

二二、Bill of Material（BOM）的生成

PADS logic， File\Reports\Select bill of materials( then setup, goto your own setting),click OK. The file information will show in the below output window. you might click the link to open the .rep file,copy it to .xls file.

二三、电容的选择，TDK电容，或者其他公司去查询资料。
