使用JSTL有两种方式

一是在JSP中使用<@ taglib >指令引入；

二是在web.xml中配置<jsp-config><taglib></taglib></jsp-config>标签

问题：JSTL标签中的输入（value，items，test）都是用的${}表达式，能不能用<%= %>表达式？
