错误提示：

TNS-12547: TNS:lost contact
 TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
  TNS-00517: Lost contact
   Linux Error: 104: Connection reset by peer

修改方法：

#vi /etc/hosts

# Do not remove the following line, or various programs
# that require network functionality will fail.
127.0.0.1               localhost

也就是说在这个文件中，把localhost的记录重新加入。我之前是可以启动TNS的，但是就是把这个localhost记录删除后，死活也启动不了。
当时我还没有注意到这个问题，而且我们的TNS配置文件也没有错，到后来才知道是这个地方有问题。

然后就OK了，
