I'm using this simple code below to send an http request:
import java.net.*;
import java.io.*;
public class URLConnectionReader {
public static void main(String[] args) throws Exception {
URL yahoo = new URL("http://www.yahoo.com/");
URLConnection yc = yahoo.openConnection();
BufferedReader in = new BufferedReader(
new InputStreamReader(
yc.getInputStream()));
String inputLine;
while ((inputLine = in.readLine()) != null)
System.out.println(inputLine);
in.close();
}
}
But it doesn't work. I've got always the same error:

My OS: Windows 7.
I can't find where is the problem.
I've no internet connection problem.
I've already tried by getting off my firewall but It does not solve the problem.
I think it's not a network problem because I've a similar c# code that works.

Check with your firewall setting.
