在编写javascript代码的时候经常需要使用一些工具了和公共方法，这里收集了一些常用的公共方法，并将它们封装为工具类。
Date工具类

公共工具类
对输入框里内容清空，对textarea，可以直接$("textarea").empty();如果使用$("textarea").html("");也可能会造成浏览器内存溢出。
