计算机与网络技术的结合不仅使人们社交关系变得更加紧密同时还促进了社会的经济发展及现代化发展，人们的生活越来越离不开网络技术。但是网络故障极为普遍，网络故障的种类也多种多样，要在网络出现故障时及时对出现故障的网络进行维护，以最快的速度恢复网络的正常运行，掌握一套行之有效的网络维护理论、方法和技术是关键。在此背景下加强计算机网络故障查处及维护有利于进一步提高计算机网络的运行质量。就网络中常见故障进行分类，并对各种常见网络故障提出相应的解决方法。用以减少因故障而产生的的诸多影响，更好的为人类服务。

Abstract

1.如何发现故障

1.1 何为网络故障

网络故障是指硬件的问题、软件的漏洞、病毒的侵入等可以引起网络的故障。由于引起网络速度慢的原因非常多，如网络环路、广播风暴、流量占用、P2P下载、病毒等等，在遭遇网速慢时，我们如何才能很快的找到问题根源呢，通过科来网络分析系统抓包分析，是一个较好的解决方法。我的个人看法是首先可以通过专家诊断视图看是否有比较明显的故障，如ARP扫描或欺骗；如果是比较隐性的故障信息(传输层或网络层)，那么可以在端点视图下查看IP流量、网络连接、发送/接收数据包等是否有异常，如果发现有可疑主机，定位该主机，对其会话、矩阵、数据包进行具体分析，是很快可以找到故障原因的。线路故障最常见的情况就是线路不通，诊断这种故障可用ping检查线路远端的路由器端口是否还能响应，或检测该
