Resetting Show Store Parameters

With a keyboard and mouse connected to the Show Store, in the Show Manager

software press CTRL+ALT+F1 to access the command prompt. Enter “unconfig” at

the login prompt and enter the password “dolby” (both without the “” marks). This

will start the unconfiguration script which is used for setting the Show Store back to

factory defaults.

Press ENTER to proceed with the unconfiguration, bearing in mind that you can press

ESC at any time to exit this script without making changes. Also note that this script

has the potential to erase all content and network settings from the Show Store, so

proceed with care.

When asked if you want to unconfigure the multi-auditorium and network settings,

select “No” and press ENTER.

When asked if you want to unconfigure the Show Manager server settings, select

“No” and press ENTER.

When asked if you want to reset the parameters on this Show Store to factory

defaults, select “Yes” and press ENTER.

Select “No” in order to avoid deleting all the content from the Show Store.

After you have finished with the script, you will be prompted to reboot the unit. The

new settings will be applied whenever the unit has finished booting.
