Oracle Instant Client是免安装的Oracle客户端，由于它没有被Oracle的安装程序所封装，使用户更容易理解它的结构。

有两种：全功能包和简化包，根据需要下载。

1)  Instant Client Package - Basic: All files required to run OCI, OCCI, and JDBC-OCI applications，这是全功能基本包。
