入中国并基本实现本土化的时间段,大致是从20世纪70年代末至20世纪90年代初。在 此期间,计算机辅助教育技术的传入以出国考察、进口计算机设备和培养人才为主。 通过论文、资料、专著教育和公共媒体传播介绍计算机辅助教育技术的基本原理、技 术内容和使用情况,这促进了教育界对计算机辅助教育的了解和认同;八十年代国家 对计算机辅助教育高度重视,大量国外计算机辅助教育论文和相关软件的引进、应用, 促进了国内计算机辅助教育技术的研究、开发、应用。
第三,在上述考察和研究的基础上,分析和阐述了八十年代以来计算机辅助教 育及其技术应用对中国教育所产生的影响。本文认为八十年代以来计算机辅助教育技 术及相关教育理论的引进、消化、研究和应用推动了中国教育技术的发展。计算机辅 助教育的应用提升了我国教学手段、技术水平。
