linux emmc vfs错误,mfgtool 烧写emmc失败

在64位的电脑上用mfgtool工具烧写firm时，会提示失败。失败画面如下

错误内容为"Push" error, file="F:\software\mfgtools-5.00-up\mfgtools-5.00-up\Profiles\Linux\OS Firmware\mksdcard.sh.tar"
