教材分析
本节课是EEC小学英语教材三年级下册第七课第一课时。单元内容为有关询问位置的交际用语。掌握教学目标中所提出的重点单词,理解并熟练运用重点句型及其答语为本课的教学重点。而灵活运用新知描述人物或物品所在位置成为一项教学难点。
【教学目标】
1、通过本节课学习,学生能够听、说、读、写、使用重点单词及短语:in, on, under,
behind等。能够掌握并运用重点句型Where is…?及其答语来针对人物或物品所在位置进行问答;
2通过自己查找方位词,扩展学习方位词及进行自由和有效的运用
3、能够将所学单词、句子运用到实际生活中;
4,通过小组合作,等活动提高英语自学能力,和创造能力。
4、学生的英语素养及交际意识得以提高。

几个关于方位的词是本课重点。
【教学难点】
如何将所学单词、句子表达所在位置是本课难点。
【教学过程】
一、Chant热身,情境导入
1、师生进行轻松的对话交流。
T: Hello, boys and girls!
Ss: Hello,Amy!
T: How’s the weather today?
S1: It’s hot.
S2: It’s sunny.
T: It’s so hot today, and I want to go swimming.
What’s your hobby?
S3: I like skating.
T: Oh, you can go skating in winter.
S4: I like singing.
T: Can you sing?
S4: A, B, C…
2、在愉快的Chant中自然导入新课。
T: Would you like to chant with me?
Ss: Yes.
T: Walk, walk, walk.
Ss: OK, let’s walk.
T: Sing, sing, sing.
Ss: OK, let’s sing.
T: Dance, dance, dance.
Ss: OK, let’s dance.
T: Play, play, play.
Ss: OK, let’s play.
T: Today, let’s play
‘Hide-n-Seek’.(在微机上演示,分别讲解hide和seek的含义,之后过渡到短语和整句的操练。)
二、依托情境,讲授新知
1、look at this ,Tutu and Jack are playing
‘Hide-n-Seek’Where’s Wangwang?自然导入重点词汇under的学习。
T: First, Tutu will hide, and Jack will seek, let’s
play with them OK? Now, let’s count from 1 to 5.
Ss: 1, 2…5.
T: Ready?
Ss: Yes.
T: Whereis Pangpang? 演示胖胖在床下的画面。Teach “under”。chant
“under,under 在下面。Pangpangis under the bed.”
(拆音练习—将人物调换再将地点调换扩展练习Whereis ————? ———— is under
————.”)
T: Whereis ————?
Ss: ———— is under ————..
T: Can you give me some other examples?
S5: My pen is under the desk.
S6: My book is under the desk.
S7: My pen is under the book.
S8: My pen is under the desk.
Ss: My book is under the pencil-box.
2、“寻找汪汪”,自然导入重点词汇in on behind 的学习。
T: Now, let’s go on the game ‘Hide-n-Seek’. But
wait a minute! 微机演示 Who’s that?
Ss: Wangwang.
T:Wangwangis in the hat.
T: inin What’s meaning?
Ss在里面 learn to say “Wangwangis in the hat.”
T:Where’s Xiaolan? 给出方位词 under和图片在桌子下引导学生说Xiaolan
is under the table.
Ss Xiaolan is under the table.
T:Where’s Jack?
Ss Jack is behind the chair.
T:Where’s Mike? 给出图片和方位词。
Ss Mike is behind the door..
T:配合图片教授chant: inin 在里面 on on 在上面behind 在后面under
under在下面。
S chant together.
4、课文学习。

三、游戏练习,强化训练
1、根据图片拼句子。
T: What’s wrong with Wangwang?
汪汪好像碰到困难了,让我们帮助他,小组合作用手中的单词卡片拼成正确的句子,来描述所看到的图片。给出图片,

S19: The dog is behind the door.
S20: The shirt is on the bed.
S21: The robot is in the box.
(各小组汇报时分别采用小组齐读、一人读一词、全班齐读等形式,积极活跃,活动可操作性和有效性强。)
2、观察与表达。
T: Wangwang为了感谢同学们的帮助想要邀请大家到他的房间去做客!What can you
see in the room?
S22: I can see a desk.

T: Where are they? Please keep them in your
mind!(多媒体展示,房间里的一些物品消失,请同学们根据记忆说一说什么不见了,其位置应该在哪。)

四、完成任务,实践运用
找出方位词,组句子。学生以小组为单位,查找方位词。,组句子,一组说两个句子。给出时间为:五分钟,再以汇报的形式说出句子。并评出最佳小组。
五、布置作业
T: I’m sorry. It’s time to say goodbye now. You did
