Sales:
• Maintain relationship with existing customer base
• Implement commercial strategy and pricing policy defined by SAIS business units
• Negotiate best commercial conditions
• Coordinate and respond to customer requests
• Reach the objectives determined by SAIS (turnover of sales, prices, margin)
• Plan customer visit program and implement
• Identify and target leads and schedule appointments by employing cold calls and technical networking
• Promote the process development activity of SAIS toward potential and identified targets
• Identify and follow the potential customers which are interested in buying a chemical process development by sanofi to propose annual sales budget and a 3-years plan
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly and yearly sales budgets and sales trends with management
• Participate in commercial performance measurement( key performance indicators/market evolution/%market shares) in order to optimize results and to adjust strategy
Marketing/ interface
• Collect and analyze market information(price, quality, QA&RA) With support of IA team in china
• Ensure communication of such information with the relevant business unit
• Build a strong relationship with the marketing person of each business units
• Contribute to the establishment of a full market data base to ensure accurate follow up of competition in terms of market shares, prices, quality, impurity profile, manufacturing, process, regulatory aspects
• Contribute to a better anticipation of the market evolution
Communication
• Enhance SAIS brand awareness externally through marketing events, online tools, promotional materials etc.
• Create internal awareness about SAIS existence to facilitate interaction with other departments and information sharing within Sanofi China
Business Development
• Identify new opportunities of existing products, as well as for new products such as biotechnological products
• Coordinate customer project from sampling to approval and commercialization
• Detect, identify and/or participate in any kind of potential cooperation/business development between sanofi. SAIS and Chinese companies
Other tasks
• Coordinate CDA and supply agreements
• Strictly follow sanofi guidelines
Level of independence
• Management at distance=must communicate a lot by using modern tools such as VC and TC- must report clear and transparently to management
• Strong vehicle of the image of sanofi within the china pharmaceutical industry
Main Professional contacts
• Regular contacts with customers (existing and potential): general managers, business development managers, purchasing managers, supply chain managers, RA/QA managers, production managers, etc.
• Prospects on daily basis
• Data base providers
• Others: BU sales Managers, BU marketing managers SAIS zone teams in USA, JAPAN, EASTERN EUROPE; Other SAIS support functions: controlling, QA&RA BU, Business development, process development; International sourcing department, generics international team in china, subcontracting team

Experience 经验: Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry; a recent experience as a position of sales manager in the pharm organization
