android第一个程序,android新手，第一个hello world程序出错，恳求帮助

操作系统是win10，android studio 2.3 ，模拟器是studio自带的。

本人新手，写了第一个hello world程序，运行时模拟器可以显示，也可以显示hello world程序。但是会报错。下面是报错的日志：
