Solution:
This warning is generated becuase MATLAB can see Windows .DLL's which have the same names as MATLAB functions. When these functions are called in MATLAB, the Windows .DLL's will be called instead of the MATLAB functions.
This can occur when C:\WINDOWS\system32 is on the MATLAB path, is the startup directory, or is the current directory.
To avoid this warning, please do not have C:\WINDOWS\system32 on the MATLAB path, as the startup directory, or as the current directory.
