ORACLE 11G R2 安装好以后连接不进去

在用户密码那边我是在sys、system。。。使用相同的密码，密码设置的很简单，所以oracle安装的时候有提示，我也没有认真看，就确定了。后面用我安装时候设置的密码在sqlplus登录不进去。使用默认的密码也可以。

OEM也进不了，firefox的版本是很新的，用ps -ef | grep oralce     oralce的进程有在跑的。

求解！！！

使用服务名连接是出现的错误。
