摘要
办公自动化是指将现有各种先进的IT技术和设备应用于办公人员的各种办公活 动中，使办公整体游同达到最优状态，从而达到最大限度地提高整个办公系统的工作 效能的目的。
伴随信息社会的发展，计算机、办公自动化、Intemet逐渐走向普及，各邦门纷纷 构建自己的办公自动化系统，并采用Intemet技术构建自己的部门级内部网一Intranet。 作为计算机信息系统和计算机网络的一个新的发展分支，在构建一个具体的办公自动 化系统和Intranet网时，有许多问题必须考虑。本文结合海军某部装备部办公自动化 系统和部I"q级信息网的建设，讨论了所需解决的若干问题及相应的对策。
介绍了本课题的研究意义和国内外发展现状，以及本文研究的主要内容。结合办 公自动化系统的特点及现有的技术，讨论了能完全适合于部队的Intxanet网络解决方 案与软件结构。通过建立海军某部办公自动化系统的底层Oracle分布式数据库、环境 模型、对象模型、状态模型和功能模型，较深入地讨论了系统的设计与实现过程。通 过对物理布局和实际需求的分析，给出了系统的组网方案和远程终端的设计实现。通 过分析比较各种现有的信息安全技术，给出了一种实用可行的信息安全策略。
通过对Intranet中www与数据库接口技术的比较分析，选择ASP作为系统中 的Web数据库访问技术，并详细介绍了ASP的工作原理和实现机制。

Abstract
Offnce Automation refers tO applying various ad；canced IT technologies and equipments available to office activities of people，thus making office collaboration best， and gaining the goal of improving office eficieney as greatly as possible
With the development of information society,the computers，office automation and Imernet become more and more popular,and many departments build Office Automation Information System，and Intemet technology is widely used to build the Intranet for many departments．As a new branch of the computer information system and the computer network，many practical problems emerge while building an office automation system and an Intranet．According t。the building of Equipment Information System and the Intranet， this paper discuss the problems and the strategies ofIntranet．
First，this paper introduce the importance of the research and the present status of the development and the main content ofthr thesis．
Secondly,Considering the characteristic of army automation system and the current technology,We try to find out the perfect solution of the network and software structure that ale suitable to the Intranet ofthis kind ofdepartments．
