I found the list on Winbeta irc as it happened. There was also a screenshot of source from task manager, but someone confirmed it to be an except from the Windows NT Resource Guide/Training books, not the leak.
Timdorr is the only one to have proof that he has it, he has a photo of the source on cd  (ROFL if you saw it :P)
And someone said Windows.Source.Code.w2k.nt4.wxp.tar on slashdot, although I don't know why it would be in tar format or mentions "wxp" so they probably made it up.
My Guess would be that Windows 2000 and Windows NT sources would be in seperate packages, several GBs big, and it would be named simular to Windows.2000.Source.Code-NEOWIN.rar since Neowin is the first to report this (well... creamhackered that is)
Creamhackered always gets concise proof before he makes any reports of leaks, and since this is an especially major leak, he wouldn't post that its out there unless he knows for sure. The only other thing that this could be is that creamhackered wants out of the scene so he makes up some news as a big bang to go out with
There are organisations at stake here, if it's true, Microsoft could be going down. If it's fake, Neowin could be going down, and will lose credibility and Creamhackered will never be trusted again for such a stunt.

What bedazzles me are these lines of code, are these to have some compatability with Linux or Unix, or rips (like in the movie Antitrust )
