摘要
信息科技革命．信息经济、信息社会的崛起，科学的信息化、社会的信息化以及社
会的信息进化等众多领域的变革是一个统一的社会发展浪潮。在这一发展浪潮的冲击下
改革开放的中国、迅猛发展着的世界，迎来了全方位的巨大变革的时代。计算机网络技
术对人全面发展的影响的研究对人类本身和哲学的发展都具有重要的意义。在科技迅猛
发展的今天，面对实践的飞速进步，哲学在理论上的指导作用就尤为突出，最终使理想
意义和现实汇通的结合，是实现哲学更好的必然要求。
哲学的发展对人类发展起着至关重要的指导性作用，意义重大。实践对理论指导的
迫切需要，是哲学蓬勃发展有利动因，对当代计算机网络技术对人类的全面发展的影响
是当代马克思主义哲学的研究重点。
人的全面发展是马克思一生始终关注研究的重要课题之一，人的全面发展理论是马
克思主义的重要组成部分，其理论宗旨就在于实现人的解放和发展。几百年资本主义发
展导致的人发展的片面性显露无疑，人的自由、与全面发展受到阻碍，计算机网络技术
的出现，不仅在物质层面上对人的发展提供了有力的支持，而且还为人类精神层面的发
展打开了新的局面。为人的全面发展做出的重要的贡献。

revolution,Information economy,the rise of information society,scientific information,
social informatization and the information evolution is a unified social development
tide.Under the shock wave of development tide,the reform and opening China,the rapid
development world ushered in the all-around great transformation of The Times.The research
that computer network technology on the effects of the all-round development of human itsel f
and the development of philosophy has important significance.In the rapid development of
technology nowadays,facing the rapid progress,philosophy guidance in theoretical aspects
is more important,finally realizing the combination of the ideal and the reality is the
inevitable requirement of making philosophy more meaningful.
The development of philosophy is of great significance and plays an important guiding
effect for human development.Due to theoretical guidance is in the urgent need for practice,
philosophy shows vigorous development trend,as a result,the research that computer
