版块规则允许使用 html代码，方便站长加入 内嵌或者广告.

需要修改的文件：source/admincp/admincp_forums.php

showsetting('forums_edit_basic_description', 'descriptionnew', html2bbcode($forum['description']), 'textarea');

showsetting('forums_edit_basic_rules', 'rulesnew', html2bbcode($forum['rules']), 'textarea');

替换成

showsetting('版块简介:', 'descriptionnew', $forum['description'], 'textarea');

showsetting('版块规则:', 'rulesnew', $forum['rules'], 'textarea');

$descriptionnew = addslashes(preg_replace('/on(mousewheel|mouseover|click|load|onload|submit|focus|blur)="[^"]*"/i', '1', discuzcode(stripslashes($descriptionnew), 1, 0, 0, 0, 1, 1, 0, 0, 1)));

替换成

修改之后更新缓存，就可以用HTML代码来写版块简介和版规了。
