oracle控制版本不一致,oem linux 11g r2 asm 控制文件 版本不一致

因意外断电，造成控制文件不一致。

oem linux rac 11g r2 ,已停止所有节点 oracle 实例。

只在一个节点 nomount 模式开启。

报错信息

SQL> startup
