建立oinstall dba 组，建立oracle用户，主组为oinstall,group set包含dba

smitty chuser 改变oracle用户的soft ulimit  data  stack file cpu 为-l

smitty chgsys改用户的最大进程数为2048

建立目录结构

然后剩下的都是图形界面的选择了，好像10gR2的安装比以前的9i等简单得多了，profile文件中居然没写什么也没有安装错误。
