Abstract：With the development of mobile Internet，the requirement of the mobilecommunication devices by people become increasing stringent，Intelligent, convenient and fast is widespread pursuit.Android mobile phone operating system was quickly accepted by the virtue of their openness, diversity and intelligence.With the emerge of the speech recognition and speech synthesis technology, this can make various machines understand human language and verbal response to commands.In this paper, with the utilization of voice recognition technology and speech synthesis technology,execute the service of calling process WebService based on SOAP protocol,In this way, Reducing the tedious manual people and achieveing the calling process of intelligent voice WebService.
