资源管理器的功能：

1. 可以限制用户使用cpu的百分比

2. 执行语句的并行操作，可以制定多个进程操作

3. 限制活动会话的数量

4. 语句执行时间

5. 限制使用undo空间的大小

6. 限制用户链接的空闲时间

资源管理器的创建

1. 创建资源组

2. 创建资源计划，默认只能使用一个资源计划

3. 编辑资源指令。资源指令就是上面指的资源管理器的所有功能

4. 将资源组下的用户权限更改

5. 启用资源计划

6. 验证资源计划是否可用

创建资源管理器

1 创建资源管理器oem

emctl start dbconsole

如果启动不起来需要重新创建一次

emca -deconfig dbcontrol db -repos drop

[oracle@dghost ~]$ emca -repos drop
