oracle11 awr,ORACLE11G发现无法收集AWR等相关信息

1. AWR可以收集，但是收集到内容都是空的，SQL STATISTICS只有链接，无内容，其他相关有参数的地方都是填0

2. ASH收集失败，提示如下
