controller 返回中文显示成？？？？

问题描述：

               今天开发时候，遇到controller中使用@ResponseBody注解后，返回给前端中文显示成？？？？

原因：
                Spring MVC中默认的编码格式为“ISO-8859-1”,因此造成乱码。

解决办法：本人用了其中一种，在配置文件中加入以下配置
