安装sklearn时报错，需要强制升级numpy scipy

在安装sklearn的时候报错：
Cannot uninstall ‘numpy’. It is a distutils installed project and thus we cannot accurately determine which files belong to it which would lead to only a partial uninstall.

查看各安装包的版本

强制升级：

➜ ~ sudo pip install numpy --ignore-installed numpy

➜ ~ sudo pip install scipy --ignore-installed scipy

再安装sklearn即可成功

➜ ~ sudo pip install -U scikit-learn
