武汉城市住宅小区风环境计算机模拟分析

摘 要：随着中国城市化快速增长，住宅小区风环境越发得到人们重视。对于夏热

冬冷的武汉市，城市住宅小区冬季防风以及夏季自然通风显得尤其重要。通过 Airpak3.0 软

件建立武汉未建小区模型，采用  湍流物理模型求解住宅小区内风速及风压方法来研究

建筑布局与风场的关系。研究表明，计算机数值模拟能准确模拟小区风流场，建筑布局和风

向角对小区风环境影响较大。采用数值模拟方法，结合城市风玫瑰图进行合理建筑规划布局，

可为武汉住宅小区建筑布局规划建设提供指导和优化。

Computer Simulation and Analysis of Wind Environment

in Wuhan Urban Residential District

Abstract: With the rapid growth of China’s urbanization, the wind environment of residential

districts is getting people’s attention more and more. The winter windproof and summer natural

ventilation are particularly important for Wuhan city which is hot in summer and cold in winter. This

paper establishes the model of planning residential district by using software of Airpak3.0 and

researches the relationship between the layout of building and wind by using   Turbulence
