你好。

我当时在用皮皮播放器( http://www.pipi.cn/)，突然间我的电脑突然停止，并出现一个屏幕，然后自己重新启动，启动后，又自动关机。求解。

屏幕显示如下：A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

A process or thread crucial to system oper at ion has unexpectedly exited or been terminated.

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, these steps:

check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.

If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.

If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced startup options, and then select safe mode.

以内容来看，我并没有按装任何的硬件或软件。

现在我的电脑启动变得很慢很慢。桌面和任务栏加载特别慢。

即使在计算机刚刚启动时，出现蓝屏现象。
