Abstract
Many bioinformatics analyses, ranging from gene clustering to phylogenetics,
produce hierarchical trees as their main result. These are used to represent the
relationships
among
different
biological
entities,
thus
facilitating
their
analysis
and
interpretation.

available

visualization
