[root@localhost ~]# passwd weblogic

[root@localhost ~]# mkdir /bea

[root@localhost ~]# chown weblogic:weblogic /bea

[root@localhost ~]# chmod 755 /bea

[root@localhost ~]# cd /usr

[root@localhost usr]# chmod a+x server103_linux32.bin

[root@localhost usr]$ ./server103_linux32.bin -mode=console
