npm install:ChromeDriver installation failed Error with http(s) request: Error: read ETIMEDOUT

项目使用vue开发，通过npm install安装全局依赖的时候，出错了，卡在了chromedriver的地方，日志内容

显示在chromedriver@2.33.2 install script的时候失败了，把连接复制到浏览器，就是访问不了啦，只能找一个国内的镜像源安装，首先想到的就是淘宝的镜像源。解决办法：

npm install chromedriver --chromedriver_cdnurl=http://cdn.npm.taobao.org/dist/chromedriver

运行安装成功
