计算机应用研究催稿被拒了,【求助】两次催稿均无回复是否意味着文章已被拒？...

请问各位前辈，本人上个月17号向Int J Oncology投稿一篇(其以往的审稿周期貌似1-2月)，但是该杂志没有网上投递系统，只能Email。两天后杂志回复告知电子稿号，并通知说永久稿号将发到通讯作者的邮箱，且今后只能与通讯作者联系。而我亲爱的老板又非常繁忙，以至于这封信在过了一个多月才转发给我，但是好像没有什么紧急事务，只是通知稿号和确认彩图数量(涉及收费)，我匆忙回复，并希望能将联系的邮箱更改为我的邮箱，信函如下：

Dear Professor D.A.Spandidos: I submitted a manuscript at 17th October, MS No. 7471-IJO. I would like to sincerely apologize for the long delay in replying your letter, because the Email service of***@***.edu.cn was instable and unavailable until today, please contact me by ***@yahoo.com.cn in the future. Thank you for your cooperation. I would like to know whether my article has been accepted, if is still being reviewed, when can I accept the final decision?Thanks a lot! In addition, there are two color figures in the manuscript, Fig1 and Fig3C. Best wish! Sincerely yours

一个多星期过去了，杳无音信，由于老板外出，我不知道是否是他们已回复到老板的邮箱，前天我再次写了一封信，还是希望能更改邮箱并询问审稿进展。具体如下：

Dear Prof. D.A.Spandidos: I want to know if you have recieved my letter last Monday, 17 Nov, because I did not recieve the reply. Maybe the instable service of Email ***@***.edu.cn should take responsibility for that. Please contact me by ***@yahoo.com.cn in the future. Thanks a million for your cooperation. Since the manuscript (MS No. 7471-IJO) has been submitted for more than one month, I appreciate if you can give me some information about it. Thanks a lot.

不过到目前为止我还是没有接到任何回复，是不是这篇稿子已经被拒了？或者对方认为我更换邮箱的要求不合理，以至于直接把我给毙了呢？心中惶恐！还望各位前辈分析一下，指点一下我下一步应该怎么办好。
