计算机辅助导航技术治疗颌面部陈旧性骨折的护理

【摘要】 目的 探讨计算机辅助导航技术治疗颌面部陈旧性骨折的护理 。方法 回顾性分析 2007年 1月至 2012年 12月在

上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院口腔颅颌面科就诊的颌面部陈旧性骨折44例患者的I临床资料。所有患者均在计算机

导航辅助下行骨折复位内固定术 ，手术前后正确评估患者 的心理状况 ，实施有效的护理 结果 44例患者经术前设计 、模拟

及术中导航和精心护理，均如期手术 ，安全度过围术期 ，无手术并发症发生 。结论 手术前后正确评估患者 的心理状况 ，实施

有效的护理可保障计算机辅助导航技术治疗颌面部陈旧性骨折患者顺利手术，平安康复。

【Abstract】objective Todiscussthenursingstrategyofcomputer—assistednavigationtechnologyinthe

treatmentofmaxillofacialold fractures．Methods Clinicaldataof44patientswith maxillofacialold frac—

turestreatedinShanghai9thHospitalfrom January2007tODecember2012wereanalyzedretrospectively．

Theyweretreatedbyopenreductionandrigidfixationundertheguidanceofcomputer—assistednavigation

system withmentalhealthevaluatedandeffectivenursingbeforethesurgery．Results Bypreoperativesur—

gicalplan，simulationandeffectivenursing，allthepatientshadsuccessfuloperationsandsafelygetthrough

theperioperativeperiodwith noincidenceofcomplication．Conclusion The：psychologicalhealth correctly

estimatedbeforeandafterthesurgerywitheffectivenursingcanensurethecomputer—assistednavigation

technologyinthetreatmentofmaxillofacialoldfracturesandsafelyrehabilitation．
