多年从事肿瘤精准医学的基础及临床应用研究，通过探索肿瘤高频突变基因的致癌机制，为肿瘤分子分型、分子诊断和靶向治疗提供依据。近五年来以第一或通讯作者在Nature Medicine、Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy、Cancer Letters、Cell Death and Disease等杂志发表SCI论文11篇；作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金重大研究计划(培育项目)、面上项目、青年项目以及上海市自然科学基金面上项目等。

Dr. Gao's research focuses on precision oncology, mainly provides basis for cancer molecular typing, molecular diagnosis and targeted therapy by exploring the molecular mechanisms of tumor high frequency mutation genes. In recent five years, as the first or corresponding author, she has published 11 peer-reviewed papers in Nature Medicine, Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy, Cancer Letters, Cell Death and Disease, etc. Her research has been supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Grant No. 91954106, 81872109, 31400753) and the Natural Science Foundation of Shanghai (Grant No. 18ZR1430100).
