提示的是在拷贝资源文件的时候，因为没有指定编码，将会使用 UTF-8 对编码进行转换。

解决办法

在你的 pom 配置文件中 maven-resources-plugin 插件配置中，添加一个

UTF-8

这个参数。如果你的 pom 配置文件没有配置过 maven-resources-plugin 插件的话，你需要将这个插件先添加进去。

具体的配置参数如下：

            org.apache.maven.plugins                maven-resources-plugin                3.2.0UTF-8
