Abstract：Design and implementation of an on-line management system based on HART intelligent instruments, is proposed in this paper. The HART communication device and the HART communication server are developed to timely collect and analyze digital signals of field HART intelligent instruments for realizing on-line monitoring, on-line diagnosis, on-line maintenance and on-line management to field instruments. Practical application indicates that the system fully takes use of digital information of intelligent instruments, enhances the reliability of control system, reduces the probability of the false alarm, lessens the maintenance of field intelligent instruments.
