摘要

随着经济的日益增长，信息化时代已经到来，生活中各种信息趋向数字化、清晰化。同时各地区的车辆数量增长迅速，由此各地的车辆管理所需要保管的机动车档案资料增加迅速。随着档案资料的增加，工作人员劳动强度增大，档案资料的存储、查询等工作与办公高效率的要求矛盾日渐突出。本系统发挥计算机的庞大的存储空间，高性能的处理能力，高度可靠的数据安全，清晰的可视化数据等这些优势来辅助单位对车辆进行管理，实现了计算机资源的合理利用，真正实现了减少劳动力提高劳动质量的目的。

本文主要分析了系统的主要组成情况，包括需求情况，系统的设计目标，数据结构，数据流程和系统的主要特点等，重点介绍了系统功能模块的详细思路和实现方法，以及对系统关键技术和部分源代码的详细说明。
