描述：严格按照rfc1305的规范来编写的ntp客户端程序，时间服务器使用国家授时中心。ip：210.72.145.44

程序中有必要的注释，便于阅读，复制在任意目录下直接make，./ntp_client就可以实现时间的实时校对。

根据需要可以选择粗略对时和精确对时两种，但在精确对时的时差和延迟计算方法上还有待进一步研究。
