Questions database is the core of the network test system. For the current problems of design of Questions database, the paper proposed improved algorithm of the binary algorithm to avoid questions in order to avoid duplication and to questions on the test database and the amount of paper the size and quality control, construction and application of computer industry test database. Practice shows that the questions database and related strategies to improve intelligence and adaptive of the traditional test database and to improve the exam's validity and reliability.
