论述什么是电子商务物流和其相关的内容，系统地分析当今电子商务的发展趋势以及物流的发展现状，特别是中小型企业内部物流在当代电子商务条件下的发展现状，电子商务的产生给企业带来了哪些机遇和挑战，在经济全球化的今天中小型企业应该如何面对这些机遇和挑战，如何抓住机遇创造价值。并结合国内外先进的理论和研究成果发现其中存在的问题，借鉴国外先进的物流模式，并且找到解决其中存在的问题，使企业节省资源。总结出其具体的方法，以达到为企业提高效益的目的。

Abstract

What is on its Logistics and e-commerce content that is relevant to the analysis of the development trend of today e-commerce and the development of logistics, particularly small and medium enterprises within the logistics in contemporary development of e-commerce under the conditions of the status quo, to the emergence of e-commerce enterprises What has brought opportunities and challenges of economic globalization today, small and medium-sized enterprises should be how to face these challenges and opportunities, how to seize opportunities to create value.
