TSM备份oracle报错!!!!急!!!!

客户前几天搬机房,现在tsm备份oracle报错(带库为ibm ts3100)

报错如下

当备份时候(执行脚本),q se和q mount都可以抓到磁带,但是一会儿就报错了(报错信息在上面已经贴出来)

同时,被写的磁带变为readonly状态
